We know how important it is for you to receive your trusted Biosense Clinic products without interruption, and we’d like to share an open and honest update about the challenges we’ve been navigating behind the scenes.

Over the past several weeks, our small but deeply committed team has been working tirelessly to adapt to new international shipping and tariff regulations that continue to evolve. With over 800 specialized products in our catalog, this process has required carefully reviewing each item to ensure it meets the latest compliance and safety standards before shipping.

These changes have not been easy. There have been long nights, countless verifications, and constant coordination with our partners to ensure we continue serving our customers with the same reliability and integrity that we’ve always promised. Our team is doing everything possible to keep delivery times reliable and costs low while supporting you through any changes introduced by customs and minimizing disruption to you, our loyal customers.

We are also in regular contact with multiple couriers — including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others — to identify the most efficient routes and keep parcels moving as quickly as possible. However, due to the current global increase in customs processing volumes, all carriers are experiencing exceptionally high workloads. As a result, some shipments may take a little longer than usual to clear customs and be delivered.

About Customs, Tariffs & Inspection Fees

At Biosense Clinic, we’ve been working tirelessly to absorb most of the tariff-related costs ourselves so our customers won’t face unexpected charges. In most cases, when we can provide the necessary documentation proving that a product is made in or shipped from Canada, **no tariff or import tax applies.**

For products where customs does impose a tariff, we pay those fees on your behalf to prevent additional costs at delivery. However, in rare cases when customs authorities perform random inspections, courier companies (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) may charge independent processing or brokerage fees to handle the inspection process. These are separate from tariff duties and are unfortunately beyond our control.

As our company provides complete documentation and covers all tariff-related costs, any courier-imposed brokerage or inspection fees resulting from random customs procedures would be the responsibility of the recipient. Such events are rare and unpredictable, and the vast majority of shipments continue to clear smoothly without additional charges.

We understand that customs processes can feel confusing or unpredictable. Please know that we are always here to clarify any concerns and that we continue to monitor every shipment category closely to ensure fair, transparent, and timely delivery.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Shipping Time + Processing Time + Weekends & Holidays = Delivery Time

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian/US holidays). Please factor this in when estimating your delivery date.

1. Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel: $14 USD

Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days (*)

Note: U.S. Customs delays may occur depending on your location.

This is our default shipping method. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and delivered by USPS Priority Mail for only $14 USD (U.S. addresses only).

2. XPRESSPOST™ Shipping: $23 USD

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days (*)

Note: Delivery times do not include potential U.S. Customs delays. This faster option is available for $23 USD (U.S. addresses only).

Orders are shipped via Canada Post XPRESSPOST™ and delivered by USPS Express Mail (EMS).

Important Notice

Some customers have missed USPS delivery notices, resulting in returned shipments.

Please check your tracking number frequently on the USPS website to avoid delays or returns.

If USPS marks your shipment as “delivery attempted” but you didn’t receive a notice, please contact them directly:

  • 📞 Phone: 1-800-222-1811 (USPS Customer Service)
  • Ask for your local postal unit’s pickup address and hours
  • Photo ID is required for pickup

Please note: Our customer service team does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what is shown on the USPS website. www.usps.com.

If your package is not picked up in time, USPS will return it to us after 15 days (Expedited) or 5 days (Xpress). We truly understand that these situations can be frustrating, and we’re committed to assisting you. The fees below are strictly to cover carrier charges — we do not make any profit from them.

    Option 1: Re-sending
    A $30 resending fee will apply. We do not profit from this service — the fee strictly covers actual postal charges. USPS charges us $18.00 to return the package to us, and it costs $12.00 to ship it back to you. We also absorb all labor, packaging, and handling costs.

    Option 2: Cancelling Your Order
    A $20 cancellation fee will apply for those wishing to cancel for any reason. This fee only covers the $18.00 USPS return shipping charge and the credit card transaction fees. We do not profit from this fee — labor, packaging, and administrative time are also absorbed by us.

We offer fast and secure international shipping for just $49.50 USD. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post XPRESSPOST™ and delivered by your country’s national postal service.

Important Notice

Some customers miss delivery attempt notices, resulting in returned shipments. Please check your tracking number frequently to avoid missed deliveries.

If a delivery attempt is marked but no notice was received, contact your national postal service. You may also contact Canada Post directly:

If a package remains unclaimed and is returned to us after the 15-day holding period, the following charges will apply. We understand that international delivery delays or missed notices can be frustrating, and we are committed to helping you resolve any issues. These fees only cover the actual costs charged by Canada Post — we do not profit from them.

Option 1: Re-sending
A $100.00 resending fee will apply. We do not profit from this service — this amount simply covers the actual shipping costs incurred. Canada Post charges us $50.00 to return the package, and it costs another $50.00 to resend it to you. In addition, we absorb the labor, packaging materials, and handling time at no extra cost to you.

Option 2: Cancelling Your Order
A $50.00 cancellation fee will apply to those wishing to cancel for any reason. This fee only covers the return shipping cost of $50.00 and the credit card transaction fees. We do not profit from this charge — we also cover labor, packaging, and processing time at our own expense.
