Indication:
This cream is used to lighten areas of skin where discoloration or hyperpigmentation occurs.
How to Use:
Apply a thin layer evenly to affected area(s) and rub in well twice daily — in the morning and evening — or as directed by a clinician.

- Octisalate USP
- Vitamin C and Vitamin E with antioxidants

Clinical Team Recommendation:
Our clinical team advises that hydroquinone-containing products should not be used consecutively for more than 4 to 6 months. Prolonged use may result in ochronosis (a persistent blue-black pigmentation) and reduced effectiveness due to resistance.
To minimize long-term risk, we recommend taking breaks from hydroquinone or switching to a hydroquinone-free alternative such as our Specialty Brightening Cream & Dark Spot Corrector .
For enhanced brightening results, it is safe to use our HQ-free Specialty Brightening Cream in conjunction with this hydroquinone formulation.
Caution:
- Discontinue use and consult your doctor if hypersensitivity or allergic reaction occurs.
- Avoid sun exposure, sunlamps, or tanning beds during and after treatment.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- Do not apply near the eyes or to cut, sunburned, or irritated skin.
- Avoid applying immediately after shaving or using depilatory agents.
- Do not combine with exfoliating products or those containing AHA/BHA, including salicylic acid.
Advice:
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water.
- Minimize sun exposure and wear protective clothing.
- Once desired results are achieved, reduce application frequency to maintain results.
- Discontinue use if no improvement is observed after 2 months.
- This product is a bleaching agent and is not intended to prevent sunburn.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
- Wash hands before and after application. If applying to hands, do not wash hands immediately after.
